Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars). We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. We accept most major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Shipping

We ship worldwide! Delivery times and shipping fees are outlined on our Shipping Policy page. Once your order is dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Free global shipping is automatically applied on orders over $150 AUD.

Returns & Exchanges

We’re committed to making sure you love your kit. For full details, please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy. In general:

• We don’t offer refunds for change of mind after the kit has been opened.

• Exchanges may be possible for unopened kits within 14 days of delivery.

• Damaged or missing items? Contact us within 7 days and we’ll sort it out.
