  • Australia: Flat rate shipping calculated at checkout

  • International: Rates calculated based on destination

  • Free shipping on all orders over $150 AUD, anywhere in the world

 
Dispatch times

Orders are packed with love and typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
 
Delivery Estimates

  • Australia: 2–8 business days (metro areas may be faster)

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your kit.​​ If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it better.

Change of mind
 
​Due to the nature of our kits (and their gift-ready packaging), we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind once the kit has been opened.
 
Exchanges
 
If you ordered the wrong size and haven’t opened the kit, we’re happy to offer an exchange.
 
Just contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll help you out. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
 
Damaged or missing items
 
We pack everything carefully, but if your kit arrives with a damaged or missing item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll replace or refund the affected item right away—no hassle, no drama.
